These pieces are ready to ship. You will receive your order in 7 to 10 business days.
With personalization
These pieces are made specially for you and finished by hand, from start to finish, based on your choices. So they take a little longer. The total time is 14 to 16 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned, unless there is a fault. In that case, we will of course find a solution.

Do I need a guarantee certificate?
No, you do not need any certificate. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month warranty. Your order confirmation is enough.

As long as your order has not been sent, we can cancel or change it. Again, contact us as soon as possible.
