These pieces are ready to ship. You will receive your order in 7 to 10 business days.
With personalization
These pieces are made specially for you and finished by hand, from start to finish, based on your choices. So they take a little longer. The total time is 14 to 16 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned, unless there is a fault. In that case, we will of course find a solution.
Is the jewelry water-resistant without losing its color?
Yes, our jewelry is water-resistant and does not lose its color, even with daily wear.
Do I need a guarantee certificate?
No, you do not need any certificate. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month warranty. Your order confirmation is enough.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
It depends on the situation.
Personalized jewelry:
As long as production has not started, we can still make changes. Write to us as soon as possible at contact@ellarine.com and we will see what we can do.
Jewelry without personalization:
As long as your order has not been sent, we can cancel or change it. Again, contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order is being made or shipped, no changes are possible.

Yes, our photos show the product faithfully. Slight color differences can appear depending on your screen settings, but the jewelry is identical to the one shown.
